Below are answers to the questions we receive most often.  If you have questions about our equipment or services that are not answered below, please feel free to call us.

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes.  Jumpin' Fun Inflatables will deliver the equipment you've rented to your location prior to the beginning of your event and then return to pick up our equipment after the conclusion of the event.
  • Do you offer pick up, and can I set up the equipment myself?

    No. All equipment offered by Jumpin' Fun Inflatables is professional-grade and manufactured from heavy duty materials.  To ensure that our equipment is always set up and stored in a manner that ensures lasting quality, Jumpin' Fun Inflatables professionally sets up and tears down every piece of equipment we have available.
  • Is a deposit required when making a reservation?

    No deposits are required to reserve equipment from Jumpin' Fun Inflatables for your next party or event.
    However, payment in full is required prior to any equipment being set up at the event.
  • What is the current draw of each blower?

    Each blower draws 9 AMPS from a standard 120V outlet.  Please be aware that some pieces of equipment require more than one blower to operate.  If you are concerned about whether or not you have adequate power to operate the equipment you've requested, please contact us prior to making your reservation so we can discuss what options are best for you.
  • What are the measurements of each unit?

    Each unit varies in size.  If space limitations are something to be considered, please contact us prior to making your equipment selections.
  • How long is the rental?

    Each rental period is for a minimum of 12 hours.
  • Is there a delivery charge?

    Free delivery is available anywhere within Van Zandt County.  Deliveries outside of Van Zandt County will be assessed a delivery charge up to $15.00
  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    All cancellations made prior to our arrival at your location will not be charged a cancellation fee.  Only if you cancel after we have already arrived will a cancellation fee be assessed.
  • What surfaces can the equipment be set up on?

    Grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete or any indoor surfaces are acceptable.
  • Can any unit be used as a "wet" unit?

    No.  Only units that are designed for water (as noted on our website) may be used as wet units.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    At this time, Jumpin' Fun Inflatables accepts cash or checks as payment for rentals.
  • Do you offer discounts?

    Yes!  We offer discounts to police officers, firefighters, paramedics, the military, churches, school and preferred customers (repeat customer of 3 years or more).
  • Do you have a showroom?

    No.  All units remain rolled up and put away if not in use.  Images of all our equipment is available here on our website.
  • Do you donate for special events?

    Yes!  Please call our office and tell us what type of event you're having to see what options may be available.
  • Can we use silly string at our party or event?

    No!  The chemicals found in silly string are very damaging to the material that inflatables are made out of.  Any evidence of silly string at the party will be cause for additional charges to be assessed.
